Busines Hours
Monday through Friday:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Arizona Time
Saturday:
8:00 am to 1:00 pm - Arizona Time

If you have an urgent or emergency issue outside of our hours (see details below), we will review your message and get back to you asap.
For all non-urgent matters, you are welcome to leave a voicemail or email us. We will return your call or reply to your message asap.

Standard Hours and Rates
Our normal hourly rate applies to all services performed between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
After-Hours Support
For services requested before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm, the following terms apply:
Urgent Requests: Please text "Urgent WeCare" to 602.456.7632 for immediate assistance outside of regular business hours.
Emergency Rates: Work performed before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm is billed at 1.5 times our standard hourly rate.
Weekend
Weekend Hours and Rates
Our standard weekend services are available on Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at our normal hourly rate.
Saturday After-Hours and Emergency Support
The following guidelines apply for any services required after 1:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays:
Availability: Services after 1:00 pm are available by appointment or for emergencies only.
Urgent Requests: If you require immediate assistance, please text "Urgent WeCare" to 602.456.7632.
Emergency Rates: All work performed after 1:00 pm on Saturday is billed at 1.5 times our standard hourly rate.
WHAT TO EXPECT
After you reach out, Lorenzo personally reviews every inquiry before any calendar invitation is confirmed. You will hear back within one business day, sometimes sooner; only during normal business hours

If there is genuine alignment, he will outline what working together could look like. If there is not, he will tell you plainly and may point you toward someone who is a better fit.
Lorenzo works with a select number of clients at any given time, which means every engagement receives focused attention, not a templated process or a junior team handoff. When you book a call, you are booking time with Lorenzo directly. That is the standard here, and it does not change.
