He built it from the ground up over 28 years, learning through real-world experience what works, what fails, and what it actually takes to sustain a business through every season. In 2025, he made a deliberate decision to retire the company brand and step forward under his own name, because after nearly three decades, he recognized a fundamental truth: people do not hire companies. They hire people they trust. That transition became LorenzoZesati.com, a platform built entirely around personal expertise, relationships, and proven results.
2. The Moment Faith Became Foundation, Not Decoration
At 17 years old, Lorenzo came to know Jesus Christ through expository Bible teaching. That encounter did not just change his beliefs. It changed his framework for every decision he would make in life and business. He did not learn to compartmentalize faith from work. He learned to integrate them. Today, that faith-first foundation shapes how he serves clients, how he sets priorities, and how he defines success. Working with Lorenzo means working with a man whose compass is set before any contract is signed.
3. Marriage as a Masterclass in Presence
In 1999, Lorenzo met his wife, Michelle. They married in 2000 and were baptized together shortly after. For Lorenzo, marriage was not just a personal milestone. It became the conviction behind everything he builds professionally. He has seen firsthand what happens when a man builds a thriving business while his family quietly falls apart. He has made a non-negotiable commitment to be present, not just providing, and that commitment shapes every recommendation he makes to the men he serves. With a strong foundation in engineering and extensive experience in business technology, Lorenzo has dedicated his career to empowering others through education and mentorship. Lorenzo holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from CSULB (3.83 GPA), with additional research experience at UCSB. His engineering background gives him a systematic, architecture-first approach to solving business problems. He translates complex technology into plain English so business owners can make confident decisions without a technical background.
Leadership & Pro Development
He served two terms as President of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers at CSULB, where he learned to lead through failure, rebuild with clarity, and develop other leaders. He is a Dale Carnegie Training graduate and a National Leadership Training Institute alumnus who utilizes his unique background to guide teams and refine organizational structures.
Business & Technology Instruction
Lorenzo has taught software, hardware, and tech solutions to entrepreneurs for nearly three decades. His topics include Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, and cybersecurity. Most recently, he delivered his Business Identity Protection course to clients looking to secure digital assets. He focuses on empowering owners to master their tools and secure their digital presence.
Business & Technology Strategy
Lorenzo founded TekkieTeks and operated it for 28 years, serving clients across IT infrastructure and systems integration. He is an Apple Business Specialist and served as Software Integration Manager for AZ Big Media. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Inventors Association of Arizona and has led the local Leads Club for three years.
The Mentees Program
In 2025, Lorenzo launched the Mentees Program via BreakthruPreneurs, a mentorship track for entrepreneurs ages 16 to 30. The program equips the next generation with practical skills and faith-integrated frameworks. He designed it as the investment he wished he had at that age, turning 28 years of lessons into a usable blueprint for modern business success.
Baseball and Youth Mentorship
Lorenzo has coached baseball since 1995 at the Little League, Club, and High School levels. He brings that same coaching philosophy, meeting people where they are and setting clear expectations, to his work with business clients. He focuses on developing talent over time and building a foundation of discipline that translates from the field to the boardroom.
